i've use a lot of hair rinse and permanent dye and it doesn't seem to work. any suggestions. ThanksLadies what is a good black hair rinse to cover gray hair?
There is nothing like permanent dye because as hair keeps growing the gray hair becomes visible.You have to keep repeating the process .
