i know this sounds weird but if you cant find any grey coloring you can always use flour on your hair. just dust it through and it will give you an older look. But it almost halloween, there aren't halloween stores where you live? they would most defiantly have grey spray on color.

You can't take away one part and have a good result. How old are you? What color is your hair? Maybe you should consider a semi permanet color to gently coat your greys. This product will not cover your greys completely but some people like the ';highlighted'; effect it gives. Hydrogen Peroxide is something totally different.

I have alot of gray hair and it seems that my head itchs really bad, but their is no dandruff or any rash of any kind on my scalp. It takes place with clean hair or even when it's time to clean it. i wash my hair every other day. as a hairdresser semi permanant dyes dont cover grey hair and if its 50% or more grey then you need to use permanant and leave the dye on for longer than stated anything upto 1 hr your head/hair needs to be warm for it to activate the colour if its to cold it wont work!!!!

greying?? i ll bet you are 50 percent grey........you are not vane,,,,but there is one way....eat plenty of fish. and also dunt drink too much alcohol, eat jello daily...and know that them grey hairs are thicker than the others.....so even if the color changes..youll have a fuller looking crop.. clairol works as well for men as girls....i know ..i used it on many a man, when i did my beautician back in the day............dont get peroxide bleach, it will blanch the roots!

If you're more into ankle length cotton shifts and flats, then go gray all the way. If you're somewhere in between, look in a mirror. If you like the look of a touch of gray, keep it. If it makes you feel older than you are, color it. Either way, the key is how you feel about you. Things required: an iron kadai (frying pan), 1 cup of powdered henna leaves (the powder should be as fresh as possible), 1 tsp dried amla powder, 陆 cup strong tea decoction, 1 tsp coffee powder, 1 piece white katha (available in shops selling country medicines or herbs), 1 egg, 1 lemon. You could also add dried and powdered kadukkai and dhaanikkai (The iron kadai will oxidize and add colour)
Preparation: Mix all ingredients except lemon and egg. Add just a little water to make a thick paste in the iron kadai. Leave for at least 12 hours or overnight. Just before applying, add the egg and juice of the lemon. Mix well.Do you know how to cover gray hair, without dying them?

You can have it frosted/streaked grey. If you know the color of your gray...and there are many...you could have it dyed that color then streak it with something a tad darker so it's not noticeable when it grows out. Grays are very hard to get rid of.But i would suggest a DARK BROWN, with some lighter streaks,as myself have the same problem as mum,im now proud as punch.You can buy your own kit at any outlet or supper market,it has the colour in it along with a brush to do your own highlights where ever you want and its fun.Tell mum be proud of her gray hair as i call them my streaks of wisdom.It cost under 30 dollars,just have fun wiyh it girls.god bless and good luck.Your friend ANNE.....
Dye her whole head a color that is made for covering greys, they have brands specifically for that because the hair itself is harder to permiate. Then do the highlights.

Grays are very hard to get rid of.But i would suggest a DARK BROWN, with some lighter streaks,as myself have the same problem as mum,im now proud as punch.You can buy your own kit at any outlet or supper market,it has the colour in it along with a brush to do your own highlights where ever you want and its fun.Tell mum be proud of her gray hair as i call them my streaks of wisdom.It cost under 30 dollars,just have fun wiyh it girls.god bless and good luck.Your friend ANNE.....
Dye her whole head a color that is made for covering greys, they have brands specifically for that because the hair itself is harder to permiate. Then do the highlights.

There are tons of products now that colour grey hair. Try the Wella products, they are usually excellent. I would suggest going for a lighter colour though such as a blonde. Darker dye may look quite fake if you have gone grey.Fish

I'm 25 and being overrun by those annoying little gray hairs. i don't want to color my hair b/c i love the color it is now (minus the grays of course!) What should I do?Is it true if you pull out a gray hair 2 grow back in it's place?
No, of course not! What can happen is that you will cause some deformation in the hair that does grow back (and they do normally grow back), where it will be mis-shaped or it might be weaker than before. Sometimes you can actually destroy the root and the hair will never grow back.
You have all the hair follicles you will ever have when you are born. If you were to destroy some, you are just going to have less hair, that's all. Some of us need every one we have!!
You can colour your hair, or ignore them and enjoy what you have. I've seen some women, and men too, that look very attractive in their mid-30s with salt and pepper hair. They will tend to get white fairly early, most of the time, and that can look quite dramatic on a younger (relatively speaking) person.
I would use a semi-permanent colour. It only adds some colour to your hair, without making any changes to your own hair colour. That is, you cannot get lighter, but only add some of the missing colours in the white hair. They will blend in if you use a colour very close or lighter to your own, looking very much like highlights, or you can use quite a darker colour and cover them up completely. Of course, you will get those terrible white spots at the roots very soon thereafter.
The semi- colours will wash out over time since they only stain the outside of the hair, and can come off easily. There will be a faint stain that remains almost forever, so if you want to remove them completely, that is much harder to do. The only downside is that you will have to re-apply the colour fairly often since it does come off. However, you don't have to do much if you decide you don't want to bother with it any more.

Premature graying of hair can be postponed by using a strong decotion of black tea and a tablespoon of salt, strain and apply to the roots for 45 minutes and wash with water. Don't shampoo. The only way dying your hair could cause greying is if the chemicals used did damage to the mechanism in the cells that stops overproduction of the hydrogen peroxide.

colouring your hair wont cause greys
when you age your hair will stop producing melancytes which will cause your hair to begin to grey. this can happen at different ages for individual people. eg old age or heradatory reasons
this also happens in different patterns usually around the hairline first
if you do want to colour your hair dont do it yourself make sure you have it done proffessionally at a salon.

I think America is way too critical of peoples appearances - we've all but created an ';industry'; of judging %26amp; critiquing who wears what %26amp; why - I guess its human nature, but its starting to get out of hand.
We all know pretty faces please the eye - men are the most visual oriented of our species. It really makes you think just how much influence can a pretty face, the right hair style, or clothing can command?
But to answer your question - ALL of the candidates are starting to show alot of worry on their faces - stress %26amp; strain etc. But remember these arent everyday citizens - all have the where-with-all to indulge in maxi-couture salons %26amp; spas with all sorts of rejuvenating potions %26amp; elixirs - they'll ALL look 30 years old in no time ------well not McCain - he'll probably look 45.Is it my imagination, or has Barack Obama gotten a lot of gray hair since he's been on the campaign trail?

Cover the area with a plastic cap..Go under the dryer for 20..Heat will help the penetration of the cuticle. Ask the person at sallys to help you with the instructions...Is there any way to color gray hair?

John Frieda for blonde hair) if you have a reg stylist ask them to order you shimmering light shampoo. you can use it once or twice a week. it is a blue based shampoo that works great on grey hair and blonde

How to color gray hair without ruining over processed hair?
I have had several ';accidents'; through salons over the last year in which they over processed my hair causing it to be brittle and dry. I'm constantly conditioning it to get it back to normal. But, now I have the added problem of gray hair. I hate it, and want to come up with a home remedy that will not damage my hair, but keep it light enough to be called a blonde still. My natural hair color is a level 7 if that helps.
Does anyone have any recommendations for coloring hair? Is low ammonia or low peroxide okay? Still afraid of the peroxide stuff, so if someone can explain that to me, that would be great!How to color gray hair without ruining over processed hair?

Or hey, it could even be pubes. 3) why should any fast food chain customers have to put up with first getting a wad of hair in their burger and then being denied a refund!?!?!? sheesh!
