That's a little young. I suspect the summer sun might have something to do with it, or she could have singed it.

Its ok...a friend of mine (we are 17) started getting gray hair when she was 13. There is no way to prevent the gray hair, shes probably going to be a premature gray. She will get more grey hair... Just tell her to let her mom know so she can dye it. Also my cusin also had premature gray hair when she was about 13 or 14 as well and had to start dying it.
Some people get gray hair at a really young age. If she's blonde her hair might just be turning a different shade of blonde called ash blonde.
