How old were you when you got your first gray hair?

How common is it to get gray hairs at 30? Genetics or trauma?How old were you when you got your first gray hair?
When My daughter was a teenager 30's is normal for lots but not all. Could be genetics. My father died at 72 and didn't have hardly any gray. I think women gray faster than men and I'm usually right but have been wrong. Using hair colors and treatments I think causes a lot of early graying I think the chemicals are designed to get you hooked to keep buying products. But I have been wrong. If you think about it women color their har much more than men, I started using just for men for my beard, it worked to cover the gray but when the product started to fade of loose its purpose I noticed more than ususal amounts of gray.How old were you when you got your first gray hair?
I was 26. It's genetics unless you've had chemo therapy or something like that. My mother went gray in her 40's.
25. All depends, a lot of it has to do with genes. My mom was all gray by the time she was in her 40's.
i thought i had one when i was 10, but it was a loose hair from a halloween wig! lol hahaha

I know people who had gray hair in their early 20's. I think it's genetics. My parents are in their early 70's and have only a few gray hairs, I am in my 40's and I dont have any. Seems like people with dark hair get gray earlier.
i got my first at 23 and now I am 30 and have a ton. I have been meaning to color it for hours but now I have to go to bed. Genetics baby! Just wash that gray right outta your hair
