How to verify my first gray hair?

I think I may have just plucked my first gray hair. I've saved the hair. Is there a lab or something that I can take it to in order to confirm that it really is a gray hair? I've checked some more, and so far I can't find any others. If the one I plucked grows back gray I'm really going to freak out.How to verify my first gray hair?
