Is the gray hair not acceptable for woman,and the opposite for the man?

I beleive that gray hair makes the man looks more attractive,but it's makes woman looks older ,do you agree with me?Is the gray hair not acceptable for woman,and the opposite for the man?
What is wrong in gray hair of ladies. It shows they are older, they have experience and every one must show respect to them as Mulim culture teaches.

of any thing wrong in us. It is not sign of shame. Gray hair show we are seniors, we have attained wisdom from experiences of life and are capable to guide others. When I get in the bus in Pakistan, someone immediately gets up and says uncle please take my seat. Even some men and women in America from decent families also give their seat
