Is there anyway to stop or slow the growth of gray hair?

Is there anyway to stop or slow the growth of gray hair?

Any vitamins or remedies? Is there anyway to stop or slow the growth of gray hair?
Copper is the key. Get in touch with Crawford's Health Food Store in DeRidder, La. The lady there can explain. Centrum Silver is also recommended.

Copper deficiency will cause grey hair and also affects your heart. It can restore natural hair color. Also take vitamins just for Hair.

Look on the internet for Essential Minerals and amino acids. Is there anyway to stop or slow the growth of gray hair?
There is no medicine to slowdown the grey hair.its better to use coconut oil than consumer products made for hair.I am a Sri Lankan. We use coconut oil on our hair to keep them oily and prevent from drying. And also important thing is keep you hair clean always.
I find that shaving my head just about guarantees that I will have no gray hair.
Do what feels best for you, but please Don't do it because ';Sol'; says ';Do what the rest of us do';...History has proven following the majority because ';Everyone else does it'; is almost never a good idea.
Sorry but I doubt it. I've been getting white hair since I was about 30. I'd pull it out and it would regrow and was still white. Short of dying your hair, I'd say there is no remedy. Just avoid stress and eat healthy and learn to live with it. It is a part of aging. Some people just tend to get gray/white sooner than others. It all has to do with those darn genetics.:) Just look at your parents. My dad barely has any white hair and he is 65, whereas my mom started getting white hair in her early 30's. So I guess I take after her in that department.
No, but you can learn to like your grey hair - there's nothing wrong with it and dying it won't make you look younger, just your own age and more vain.
No. Do what the rest of us do, hair color in a box.
I have heard that a lack of B vitamins can cause early greying.
You better be glad you are growing hair!

It could be worse, you could be bald!!!
Nope you have to dye your hair sorry.
Sadly no.
None that I know of, you can dye it to match your natural color, but this would have to be repeated every so many weeks to keep it from coming through.
No, there's not much you can do to slow it down. Just be glad you still have the hair, gray or not!
It has been reported that drinking Kombucha tea will reverse or slow this process. I personally know a woman in her 60's who had lost a lot of her grey hair. She started drinking kombucha,. almost a whole batch per day for several months. Her hair grew back, and it came back brown her natural color. I don't know if it works for everyone. You can buy it at a health food store, but the best way is to make it yourself.
