I also don't have family history for graying hair. If u know any tips or vitamin or u think i should just colour it, and is that normal or not, i really worry about thatWhat can i do with gray hair? I am 19 years and some of my hair turned gray quickly I don't know what to do?
Yes it's normal and not a big deal don't worry, it doesn't mean you have a health problem.
There are a few ways to darken the hair and it's all natural, indian girls rinse their hair with black walnut water to darken their hair : crack a few walnuts and place the entire walnut in boiling water and boil for 15 to 25 minutes. Put on gloves and apply this to your hair and place a hair cap over your hair. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse and wash your hair. However be careful, this walnut-based mixture can permanently stain anything it comes in contact with so be careful with it. That's the hairdye way to use it but you can just rinse your hair with it after shampooing, be careful to put gloves on and rinse your hair bending over your sink or bathtub ! This one is the best for colouring grey hair, just repeat process until you get your hair to be as dark a shade as you want it to be.
Also pumpkin pips oil darkens the hair a lot ( my friend was a light blonde and she became an auburn using that oil regularly on her hair ) ; just put lots of pumpkin pips in a liter of olive oil and let it rest at least a day, then put on your hair, put a beanie on and go to sleep.
In the morning you wash it and rinse with the wallnut shells water. Made my hair much darker.
You can also darken hair color at home by using a half cup of apple cider vinegar with a half cup of soy sauce as a final rinse after shampooing.
One last tip : Coconut Oil and milk. Not only will it darken your hair, but it will also strengthen it. The coconut fruit itself is a natural protein, so your hair will become stronger after frequent use !
About black coffee hair dye, it does darken light hair, but doesn't darken dark one : it just gives it reddish highlights and it might actually lighten black hair to a dark brown ( tea does ), so I wouldn't recommend it if you have dark hair to start with, hope that helps !What can i do with gray hair? Think there is still,a product available called Grecian 2000,which was
developed for men's beards..Just shampoo a couple or three times a
week %26amp; the grey disappears..Used it myself,on my beard a few years,
back was'; bloody marvelous';..Don't bother now that I'm older, just let the
gray have free rein..Don't have to colour your hair, using this product..
Just like i said,shampoo a couple,three times a week %26amp; the grey blends in,you
never know its there..
Hope i helped you a little?? Good luck..Stay well %26amp; happy..
My dad and uncle had premature gray hair in high school. In their high school pictures they look very mature. No one in our whole family had premature gray, except them.
It isn't a crime to dye your hair. You can try one that last for a month to see what happens. It will wash out soon. See what looks good on you. I have found that dying my hair makes it look healthy, adds body and easy to comb or style. My suggestion is to keep to the same brand. In the summer get one a little lighter, in winter get one regular or a bit darker. You will love it.
Getting grey hairs is a normal part of life... But you are not meant to get them at this early of an age. Grey hairs are caused by stress in your life. Try to relax a little and maybe take a bubble bath it will prevent you from getting grey hairs but it wont make them go away. As for the ones that you already have.. try colouring them at a local hairdresser.
Gray hair is normal no matter what age, its just a loss of pigment. The only way to hide the grays would be to color it, but gray hair is harder to color than normal hair, so I would head to a salon to get it done professionally.
hiaya if your hair is naturale colour then theres something wrong!
but if u have died it lots and lots of times you have just ruined it and it will fall out etc if i were u i would go to a hairdressers xxx good lucck x
I suggest seeing a dermatologist. It could be somewhere in your family history or it could be stress or even your diet. All of these things can be answered by the doctor. He/She can suggest or prescribe something.
Its probably stress ask a doctor or something
