I'm in my thirties also and started getting gray hair in my late teens/early twenties. Thank goodness for hair dyes.I have not noticed any thining, I believe that is more a matter of genetics than age.
it all depends on genetics. my mom started to get grey in her 20s, but my the women on my dads side didnt get it until their 40s. products you use on your hair can also determine when it starts to thin.
